Victoria Smalley is a native of West Michigan and now has the privilege of raising her family just outside of Grand Rapids in Hudsonville. Victoria understands the importance of caring for loved ones compassionately and responsibly. It is Victoria’s priority to design estate plans to work for families during their lifetime as well as counsel individuals during the difficult time of a family member’s passing.

In 2012, Victoria graduated from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Victoria then returned to Michigan and in 2015, she graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, cum laude. Victoria joined the firm in 2023 with extensive experience in estate planning. In her estate planning practice, Victoria advises on other important related legal matters such as long-term care planning, special needs planning, real estate, taxes, financial planning and more. Prior to focusing on estate planning, Victoria handled employment discrimination and compensation claims, ensuring employees’ rights in the workplace.

Victoria is married to her husband Ryan and stays busy with their four young children. Out of the office, you can find Victoria at a school or sporting event. Victoria is also committed to volunteering and currently serves on the board of two local non-profit organizations.
